Target prices

All prices for our treatments and procedures are target prices. Exact prices, package prices and quotations are submitted in writing in connection with the preliminary investigation. Submitted prices and quotes apply if no other agreement has been reached thirty (30) days from the date of printing. Quotation or order confirmation applies with reservation for unannounced price increases, which means that the delivery day price applies. Price lists, package prices and quotes are always stated including VAT unless otherwise stated. Price changes take place on an ongoing basis and are announced on our website. Gift cards are valid until further notice and always for at least two years from the date of issue.

 

Activity prices, promotional prices and special offers

Price list applies unless otherwise agreed. Activity prices, promotional prices and special offers are time-limited and apply before the gross price list. Individual special prices and special price lists cannot be combined with activity prices, promotional prices or special offers.

 

Your therapist

The clinic's staff work in teams and during the clinic delegation to offer you the expertise required in each individual assignment. A delegation from the clinic's management means that staff with particularly high knowledge are entitled to certain services for as high a detail value as possible for you as a customer. Before the clinic's treatment begins, it is important that an agreement is reached on the scope of the assignment, on what competencies are considered necessary to complete the assignment and what the assignment will cost. The assignments' competencies can vary from occasion to occasion and are never linked to a specific person - you may meet different therapists with a clinic delegation to perform the same service.

 

Consultation

A consultation is adapted to the situation in the individual service you request at the time of the consultation and the facts presented to us. You can only rely on the answer you receive at the consultation being valid for the requested service and can thus not be used as an answer or recommendation for another service with us or use the consultation's answer for a purpose other than that for which it was provided. Our consultation sessions include treatment issues in a specific assignment and to the extent that we express views or considerations in other issues, we do not take any responsibility for the consequences that may follow. A consultation opportunity is intended to apply to one (1) individual position in order to maintain the clarity of the assignment.

 

Consultation fee

At present, the consultation fee is SEK 300 (20 minutes). Payment is made directly in connection with the assignment. With us, you pay digitally via Zaver for business, where you choose the payment method yourself. Choose between direct bank transfer, Swish, invoice or partial payment. Your booking will be announced via email in connection with the booking. As an extra service, reminders are sent via SMS for 6 and 4 days for treatment. You can not book your time later than 4 days before treatment. Non-canceled treatment time will be charged at full value. Cancellations via email are not accepted. Administrative costs are always added when invoicing missed visits.

 

Payment salon and clinic treatments

In case of canceled salon and clinic treatment

Cancellation is notified to us no later than 4 days before treatment. Cancellation and rebooking is made at www.stomed.se or via 08-218 518. Canceled treatment is charged with full value. Cancellations via email are not accepted. Administrative costs are always added when invoicing missed visits.

 

When operation is canceled

About summonses - and reminders

Your booking will be announced via email in connection with the booking. As an extra service, reminders are sent via SMS for 6 and 4 days, respectively, for treatment / surgery. If you do not see the email, it can be redirected to your spam. The service is free of charge for you, acts as an aid and is based on the information you provide to us. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for the booking service or whether you receive any notifications.

 

Complaints, repurchases and crediting

Any complaints or grievances are notified in writing to Stockholms Medicus within 10 working days after treatment. Wrong bookings, double bookings or delays do not entitle to a claim for damages or compensation. Any repurchases and / or credits take place in agreement between Stockholms Medicus and you as a customer / patient. Repurchases and / or credits are effected immediately by mutual agreement. Guidance is available from the General Complaints Board, consumer guidance in your municipality or the National Board of Health and Welfare.

 

Force majeure

If treatment or operation time is delayed or prevented by war, fire, strike, lockout, lack of manpower or raw material, government decision, government intervention or other circumstances beyond Stockholm Medicus' control, this justifies a corresponding extension of delivery time. Stockholms Medicus is not obliged to fulfill its obligations under the agreement or be liable for damages as a result of events beyond Stockholms Medicus' control. If the delay or obstacle is of such a nature that it makes treatment impossible or significantly complicates, Stockholms Medicus is exempt from performing it. Stockholms Medicus is free for such treatments that have been delayed or prevented for the above-mentioned reason
