WARRANTY FOR BREAST SURGERY

Introduction
After treatment / procedure with materials foreign to the body (implants / prostheses or fillers)
various forms of complications can occur. Complications that occur after surgery
is not usually due to neglect from the clinic or patient but usually to the body
unpredictable reaction on contact with foreign materials.

Contents of the warranty
Our guarantee gives you the opportunity to receive a medical remedy free of charge
errors in a procedure performed with us and which affects your health. The warranty applies
treatment / procedure with implants / prosthesis, fat or fillers.

What type of other complications are not covered by our warranty?
The guarantee covers part of the cost of corrective intervention when determining medical
wrong after your treatment / procedure.

The warranty does not cover the cost of correcting other more permanent complications such as
rupture, bottoming out, rippling, stretch marks, loss of sensation or scar tissue.

The guarantee does not cover treatments for low-grade inflammation or treatments for
low-virulence bacteria that have emerged after treatment / intervention.

The warranty does not cover the cost of medical assessment or third-party correction services
party.

§1 Opportunities with the guarantee
If it is established that the patient is not a suitable candidate for correction / repetition
intervention / treatment, it is possible to freely change method. The possibility to switch to another method
applies with reservation for our gross price list (krona for krona).

§1: 2 Warranty for capsule contraction in connection with implants / prostheses
All foreign material that is operated into the body (implants / prostheses or fillers) is formed
a natural scar tissue, a so-called connective tissue capsule. This connective tissue capsule stays with some
patients thick, firm and contracted. This is called capsule contraction and can cause breasts
feels hard and also gets a more unnatural look.

For a compensation, you can take out a guarantee that covers the cost in the event of a need to
revise treatment / procedure. The capsule guarantee means that you have the opportunity to undergo one
corrective treatment in cases where a medical assessment finds abnormal
capsule contraction within 3 years.

The warranty covers the labor cost to correct capsule contraction as by surgeon and in
in accordance with medically accepted principles have been found to cause harmful effects to health.

The warranty does not cover the cost of materials, medical assessment or correctional services
by third parties.

§1: 3 Guarantee in case of migration in connection with fat transplantation
The most common complication after a breast augmentation procedure with fat is so-called
migration. In a procedure where the body's own fat is used for the purpose of enlarging the breasts, it is that
expect at least 50% of the transplanted fat to migrate ("disappear") fold

§1: 4 Warranty in case of infection
The most common complication after a breast augmentation procedure is infection. Against one
compensation, you can take out a guarantee that covers the cost of treatment.
The warranty does not cover the cost of implants, fillers or lost fat, medical
third party assessment or correction services.

§1: 5 Warranty period of validity
The guarantee is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

§1: 6 Price
SEK 299 / month (total cost during period SEK 10,764).

§1: 7 Deductible
SEK 2,500 / occasion

§1: 8 Reservations

• The guarantee does not apply if you have previously had similar problems (regardless with us or another clinic)

• The guarantee involves corrective action and not a refund

• The guarantee entails corrective measures corresponding to the cost of the procedure performed (krona for krona)

• The guarantee does not cover personal expenses that may arise in connection with the correction, read lost income, burning & amp; pain or otherwise

• The guarantee expires if the patient does not show up within 12 months after confirmation of correction

• The guarantee only applies if you have followed the clinic's oral and written instructions

• The guarantee only applies if you have not gained or lost more than five kilos since the day of the operation

• The guarantee only applies if you have not been pregnant

• The guarantee does not apply to you who smoke or snuff
